Screen-Free Activities for Winter Evenings

Activities to do When it is Cold Outside that Don’t Involve Screens

Why Should I Not Use Screens?

I think we all know by know that too much screen time is negatively effecting our children. It alters their brain chemistry. Behavior changes, decreased focus, lack of interest in slower activities, are all part of what too much screen time does to a child.
