Easy Granola Balls

Easy granola balls made with oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or less, depending on your family
  • 1/2 tsp cinammon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 Bowl

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate chips (as desired) into a bowl and combine. There should be enough peanut butter to work as a glue to hold everything together. If it appears to "sticky" add more oats. If it is too dry, add more peanut butter.
  2. Shape into 1 inch thick balls and place into a container to go into fridge. Roughly makes 20-24 balls, depending on the size of the granola balls.
  3. Leave in fridge for one hour or more to harden peanut butter so it will be less sticky.
  4. Then eat and enjoy! Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge for another day.
